The winner of our April 2022 employee of the month award goes to our inside sales tracer wire sales rep Nick Beckwith. Nick helps us win daily by getting things done with great enthusiasm. He is always thinking outside the box to offer solutions for our customers. He’s is always willing to learn, and he is not afraid to pick up the phone at any time to solve a problem, help win an order, or find a solution.
Nick has done an exemplary job of collaborating with the Production and Operations Teams in evaluating and organizing the inventory in our new hanger location. He’s been a big support to our material management team, as he’s spent time working with them on tracer wire material and inventory layout.
He has been working to obtain better wire and accessory visibility while also creating greater efficiencies. Nick has leaned into his years of production experience to do this. He has picked, packed, and shipped rush orders and never hesitates to do what needs to be one. He does this with excellence, dedication, and a desire to drive Kris-Tech customer service and sales.
Nick is an incredible asset to the team. We are lucky to have him and honored that he chose to be a part of the Tracer Wire Team.
