Kris-Tech’s December employee of the month honors go to our director of IT, Ivan Lopez. Over the past year, Ivan has been working tirelessly on our ERP implementation.
As we ramp up to go live, he has spent the last month collaborating cross functionally with team members in sales, finance, engineering, and production on user testing and addressing as many bugs as possible.
This has been a gargantuan project, which Ivan has been leading for months and will now be leading through the finishing line.
In addition to an already daunting work load, Ivan has been working with sales and marketing on making fixes to our CRM.
