Our February employee of the month is our supply chain engineer Kelsey Green. Throughout the past couple months, Kelsey has played a huge roll in assisting with our ERP go live. She has worked diligently alongside colleagues not just in her own department but also with the finance, production, and engineering teams to find and address bugs in the system.
Kelsey has shined as a leader and set an example for the whole organization. On her own initiative over the past month, she has applied her talents to disparate areas to help teams adjust to our new system. She has been incredibly flexible with her hours as she has worked with both the daytime and nighttime production shifts to help them get up to speed using our new ERP system.
