We are thrilled to announce that Kristy Citriniti is our February Employee of the Month. Though Kristy has always been a tremendous asset to the Finance team since she joined us several years ago, she has recently taken it to a new level as she has fully embraced her recent promotion to AP/AR Supervisor. She has hit the ground running in her new role and is extremely interested in building efficiencies into the Finance processes and understanding the “whys” of what we are doing not just the “hows.” Kristy played a key role in testing our core Finance functions for our successful ERP upgrade. She has taken a more timely approach to ensuring our inventory receipts are recorded and reconciled.
No task is too big or too small for Kristy to take on and her responsiveness to customers both internal and external is outstanding. Her customers know that when Kristy is on the case, resolution soon follows. She interacts with almost every department in the company and, no matter the issue, always does so with a smile on her face.
