For the first month of the year, our employee of the month goes to Tyler Beckwith. As a part of our material handling team, he has really rolled up his sleeves to get our warehouse organized. Though he is often pulled in multiple directions by multiple teams from organizing inventory to assisting our logistics and shipping team, Tyler always approaches the tasks before him with a “how can I help” mentality.
His commitment to his team is on constant display and is reflected by the frequent shoutouts he receives from his teammates. Not only has his impact in January been felt by the Operations team but also by the Sales and Finance teams as well. Tyler often worked extra hours to coordinate material moves around our warehouse as well as helped create a new inventory spreadsheet to enhance inventory visibility. As a result of his efforts, Tyler has made Operations, Sales, and Inventory Management more flexible.
