The March employee of the month honors goes to our draw operator Bill Borst. Flexibility is Kris-Tech core value that enables us to execute on our commitments to our customers. Throughout March, Bill embodied flexibility.
In addition to putting in lots of additional hours, he’s been assisting with getting our production team trained up on our new ERP system. He is a high morale team player who shows his commitment daily, and is always looking for new ideas to improve performance.
