To our Valued Customers, Vendors, and Partners,
The COVID-19 pandemic has created a tumultuous several days for businesses, and in unique ways for us in New York. We will therefore be providing updates when necessary on our operations as they impact our customers and team members.
As of March 20th, New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo has enacted a shutdown of “non-essential” businesses throughout New York. Kris-Tech had prepared for this, and under Executive Order 202.6 are deemed an essential business. Our critical manufacturing operations support essential infrastructure industries that include utilities, telecommunications, oil & gas infrastructure, water treatment plants, to name a few. We will thus be operating as “business as usual.”
Our Team’s safety is our top priority. Office Team Members are working from home, and we’ve taken all precautions to ensure that our Production Team is safe and stays healthy while on-site. These measures include a no-tolerance social distancing policy, level loading shifts to ensure separation, enacting a cleaning protocol for all high-touch areas, and the availability of masks, sanitizers, and hand washing stations. Further, we are abiding by the State’s suggested 75% on-site labor reduction without interrupting our operations and capabilities. The short leads times, high levels of customer support, and deep client relationships you appreciate at Kris-Tech will not change. We got this.
If you’re a customer reading this, thank you for your support and trust. Though we are not through this yet, we have been highly responsive to-date, and confident in our plans ahead. As events change, we will keep you updated.
The Entire Kris-Tech Team
