The honor of November’s employee of the month goes to our production team leader Jason Higley.
Throughout November (and in fact all of 2019), Jason has helped himself and his team make sharp improvements by maximizing efficiency on the production floor.
Additionally, Jason has demonstrated his commitment to enhancing our customer service through his determination to make sure every order is shipped on time. By doing so, he has helped our sales team continuously deliver the premium customer service everyone at Kris-Tech prides themselves on.
Jason exemplifies the cross functionality that is key to the success of our whole organization. He collaborates closely with our sales team so that the production crew can meet the specific needs of individual customers on short notice.
The net results of Jason’s hard work have been a drastic reduction in overtime work. The results have been 25 consecutive weeks of 100% on-time accuracy.
