We are delighted to announce Jack Cullop as our September employee of the month. Jack’s performance on his extrusion line this past month has been stellar.
From a values’ standpoint, Jack lives them every day. Whenever a coworker asks for help, Jack is the first to show up. In addition to his usual superb output, this past month Jack provided critical support during the roll out of a new extrusion line. Both the engineering and maintenance teams deeply appreciate his generous assistance.
His speed, dedication, and commitment to his team were essential in helping the production team meet their goals.
In sum, Jack focuses on what’s best for the whole organization which he exemplifies daily. One of his colleagues said it best: “I wish we could clone him.”
