PVC Ground Wire

Scope:

Single conductor PVC (polyvinyl chloride) insulated, 600V rated grounding wire. Suitable for all grounding or bonding in communication circuits per NEC Article 800.

Applicable Standards and Tests:

ASTM B-1, B-3, B-8 and D-1248, NEC 800, NFPA 70. All products are spark tested at 7500 VAC unless otherwise specified.

Construction:

Conductors:

The single conductors are solid or stranded annealed, tin coated or bare copper.

Insulation:

Concentrically applied PVC insulation rated at -25°C to 60°C, 600V. Colors available: green and tan.

Identification and Packaging:

The wire shall be unmarked. 500 ft/spl. packed 4/box, 500 ft. knockout cartons, or 2,500 ft. spools are standard. Custom lengths, non-standard colors, AWG, custom print and packaging are available by request.
