XHHW-2 600V/1KV OR RW90

Scope:

Single conductor, Type XHHW-2 or RW90 for use at 600 volts and 1,000 volts RoHS compliant. It is rated for a maximum continuous operating temperature between – 40°C and 90°C in wet and 105°C in dry locations. Dielectric constant, 3.5 or less.

ASTM B-1, B-3, B-33, B-8, B-174, and ASTM 150, UL 44 and UL83, CSA C22.2 No.38-10, NEC NFPA 70, NEC 310, NEC 517.160, A-A-59544.

Single bare copper conductors as solid or stranded, annealed or hard, tinned, or coated copper per UL and ASTM requirements.

Identification and Packaging:

The wire shall be identified by surface marking indicating the manufacturer, conductor size, voltage rating, UL symbol, and type designation. Standard length spools have 500 or 2500 feet. Custom lengths, AWG, and custom packaging are available by request.
