Test stations and access mounts are used to create direct connection points for a locator transmitter. Kris-Tech’s access points mount to hydrants and buildings, and are made with Makrolon® 2558, a strong, durable, and heat-resistant polycarbonate.
The boxes can be connected to either a fire hydrant or can be separately mounted to buildings in concrete or through access points. Access points protect tracer wire connections from corrosion, moisture, high temperatures, mold, UV, and other damage.
Product Features
The hydrant/building tracer wire test station mounts to the lower riser bolt in either a 3/4” or 1” box. An optional external termination box can be used to mount onto buildings or posts. Accommodates 1, 2, or 3 terminals. Available colors include blue, yellow, green, orange, and brown. Establishes a complete circuit for your tracer wire solution, allowing for accurate locating. May be used with rigid or flexible customer-provided conduit.
